Soul And Gems is operated by Xiamen Manjingxi Trading Co., Ltd. All orders are handmade to order and dispatched from Xiamen, China.
Processing time
Please allow 3–5 business days for handmaking, quality checks, and preparation before dispatch. During launches or peak seasons, processing can take a little longer; we will contact you if there is a material delay.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery is typically 7–14 business days, depending on destination, customs, and local carrier conditions. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch, not at checkout.
Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders over US$99. Any displayed shipping charge for orders under this threshold is shown at checkout before payment.
Order tracking
When a tracking number is available, we will send it to the email used at checkout. Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours after dispatch to appear.
Address changes
Please contact us as soon as possible. We can change an address only before dispatch. Once an order is handed to the carrier, we cannot guarantee changes.
Customs and import duties
International deliveries may be subject to customs review, import duties, or local taxes set by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the recipient’s responsibility.
