Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from Soul And Gems through soulandgems.com.

Products and product information

Natural gemstones and handmade decorative pieces can vary in color, pattern, texture, and branch shape. Product photographs show the item style; the details stated on the relevant product page are the information that applies to that item. Soul And Gems does not make therapeutic, medical, energy, or spiritual-performance claims for its products.

Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled because of an inventory, payment, or delivery issue.

Shipping, taxes, and duties

Shipping availability and charges depend on the destination and the product. We do not make a general Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) promise. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Please read the Shipping Policy before ordering.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled under the Refund and Returns Policy. Please review that policy before ordering.
