At Soul And Gems, each piece is handmade to order in Xiamen, China. If your order is not right for you, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Return window
Please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unused, clean, and returned with their original packaging and included accessories.
How to start a return or exchange
Email support@soulandgems.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number, name, and a brief description of your request. We will confirm the next steps before you send anything back.

Refunds
After your return arrives and is inspected, we will confirm the outcome by email. Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear.
Items not eligible
Items showing wear, damage caused after delivery, or returned outside the 30-day window may not qualify. For hygiene and quality reasons, return items must be clean and securely packaged.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
